Homemade Meatballs in Marinara
Tender beef-and-pork meatballs simmered in a simple tomato sauce. Serve over spaghetti or tucked in a sub.

Method
SoakStir the breadcrumbs and milk together for 5 minutes until a paste forms.
MixAdd the meats, egg, Parmesan, garlic, parsley and salt. Mix gently with your hands until just combined; overmixing makes them tough.
Shape and brownRoll into 18 golf-ball-sized meatballs. Brown in a little oil in a large skillet, turning, about 8 minutes.
SimmerPour the marinara around them, cover and simmer on low 20 to 25 minutes, until they reach 160°F inside.
ServeSpoon over spaghetti and top with more Parmesan.
