Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry
Tender strips of flank steak and bright broccoli in a glossy garlic-ginger sauce. Better than takeout, and faster.
Ingredients

Method
MarinateToss the beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce and the cornstarch. Let it sit while you prep.
SauceWhisk the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and water.
Sear the beefHeat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large skillet until smoking. Cook the beef in a single layer 1 to 2 minutes per side until browned. Remove.
BroccoliAdd the remaining oil, broccoli, garlic and ginger. Stir-fry 2 minutes, add a splash of water, cover for 2 minutes until just tender.
CombineReturn the beef, pour in the sauce and cook 1 minute until thickened. Serve over rice.
