Garlic Butter Baked Salmon
Salmon fillets baked in a lemony garlic butter until just flaky. A 20-minute dinner that looks like a restaurant dish.

Method
HeatHeat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment.
SauceStir the butter, garlic, lemon juice, zest and parsley together.
BakePat the salmon dry, season with salt and pepper, and place on the pan. Spoon half the sauce over the top. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, until the fish flakes easily and reaches 145°F.
ServeSpoon the remaining sauce over the fillets and serve with lemon wedges.
