Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies
Fudgy cocoa brownies ribboned with peanut butter. Made in one saucepan.

Method
MeltHeat the oven to 350°F and line an 8-inch square pan with parchment. Melt the butter in a saucepan, remove from heat and whisk in the sugar, eggs and vanilla.
MixStir in the cocoa, flour and salt until just combined.
SwirlPour into the pan. Warm the peanut butter with the powdered sugar for 20 seconds, dollop over the batter and drag a knife through it.
BakeBake 25 to 28 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely before cutting.
